OAK flavoured milk is one of Dairy Farmers largest impulse beverage brands.

 

Brand reinvigoration

Dairy Farmers came to us needing to grow volume sales of their flavoured milk-range Oak - a product that is known to taste great because it uses real and award winning milk. The problem however was that the existing packaging was not communicating any of these taste benefits.

Discovering the brand essence

After establishing the strongest equities of the current pack and identify how we could build and improve these we centred the design solution on the products attributes of 'creaminess' and a traditional milkshake taste, and created the brand essence 'Creamy Pour'.

Growth achieved?

The new pack design was firmly anchored in product truth and that arrested sales decline and recorded a12.7% growth versus the previous year.
